- 100 g anggur hijau tanpa biji, belah 2
- 100 g stroberi, belah 4
- 100 g pepaya kupas, potong dadu 1 1/2 cm
- 100 g rambutan kupas, buang bijinya, belah 2

Saus: Proses dalam blender hingga lembut
- 50 g pisang barangan/ ambon matang
- 50 g stroberi, belah 4
- 100 ml jus jeruk keprok, dari 200 g jeruk

SHORTCUT EGGPLANT PARMESAN

- 1 large or 2 medium eggplant (about 1 pound total)
- 2/3 whole-wheat flour
- Olive oil, for cooking
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Makes 8 tacos

What you need:

- 2 tablespoons lard
- 1/2 pound pork rinds, cut into bite-size pieces
- 8 corn tortillas
- 8 slices panela cheese
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Tomatillo salsa (recipe follows);
* 1/2 pound tomatillos, husked and cleaned
* 3–4 serrano chiles, seeded and chopped
* 1/2 onion, chopped
* 1–2 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1 teaspoon salt or more, to taste
* What you do;
* Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until the salsa is mostly smooth, with a few chunks of tomatillos here and there.
