GOAT CHEESE, PEAR, AND PECAN SALAD
- 8 cups cut, torn, or baby lettuce leaves, such as bibb, mixed green, and/or spinach
- 1/2 unpeeled pear, cored and diced
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons good-quality balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
