Fruit Kabobs with Yogurt Dip

FRUIT KABOBS WITH YOGURT DIP
Small kabob sticks, about 6 inches long
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or store bought vanilla extract
- 3 cups bite-size fruit pieces (such as cubed melon, sliced banana, grapes, cubed apples, and berries)
1. Combine the yogurt, syrup, and vanilla in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Assemble the kabobs by adding colorful cubes of fruit to each kabob stick. Serve with the yogurt dip on the side.
