Pimento Cheese Crackers

PIMENTO CHEESE CRACKERS
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons diced jarred pimentos, with juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 or 2 drops hot sauce
- Whole-grain cracker, for serving (such as ak-mak brand)
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, blend all the ingredients except the crackers with a fork.
3. Spread a thin layer of the pimento cheese on top of the crackers and lay them out on a baking sheet. Bake until the cheese is melted, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve warm.
