Tarako Spaghetti

TARAKO SPAGHETTI

Serves 4
5 mins preparation time
10 mins cooking time

- 400 g (14 oz) spaghetti
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) tarako
- 50 g (1 3/4 oz) salted butter
- 1 shiso (perilla) or basil leaf, finely shredded
- Sea salt


Cook the spaghetti in salted water as indicated on package. 

Meanwhile, empty the packages of tarako into a mixing bowl and add the butter. Drain the pasta and add to the bowl. Mix together well, then divide among four individual plates. Garnish with the shiso or basil and serve immediately.
