PANACOTTA CHOCOLATE
Hasil jadi: 80-100 pcs @50 gram
Base sugar dough
Bahan:
- 3200 gram fresh cream
- 800 gram susu
- 200 gram gula
- 200 gram madu
- 20 gram gelatin
- 100 gram chocolate powder
- 500 gram dark chocolate couverture
Cara membuat:
1. Rebus fresh cream dan susu hingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan gula, madu, gelatin, chocolate powder dan dark chocolate couverture. Aduk rata. Setelah itu tuang kedalam cetakkan.
3. Simpan dalam chiller dan diberi garnish.
