PMS

What you need:

- Ice

- 3-4 sprigs of mint

- 3 ounces passion fruit syrup

- 1 1/2 ounces lime juice

- 1 teaspoon brown sugar

- 3 ounces sammy' beach bar rum

- A splash of orange juice

What you do:

• To a small scoop of ice in a martini shaker, add the mint and another small scoop of ice and shake to muddle the mint. 

• Add the passion fruit syrup, lime juice, brown sugar, rum, and orange juice. 

• Shake until very chilled and serve in small champagne flutes.
