DEER CUPCAKE
Ingredients:
- 300 gr cream cheese
- 70 gr granulated sugar
- 140 gr eggs
- 1 gr bamboo charcoal powder
- 25 gr corn starch
- 75 gr light cream
- 10 gr brandy
Methods:
1. Mix fully cream cheese and granulated sugar.
2. Add the eggs gradually for several times.
3. Add the light cream slowly and mix well.
4. Add brandy and mix well.
5. Add the sifted corn starch and mix well. Take some paste, mix with the bamboo charcoal powder.
6. Put the white paste in the piping bag, squeeze into the cups for nine points.
7. Squeeze the shape of deer on the surface with the bamboo charcoal paste.
8. Squeeze some white dots on the body of the deer with white paste.
9. Bake with 180/160°C for 30 minutes with the cupcakes sitting in a double boiler.
